How are the Featured creatives (Portfolio of the Month) selected?

All featured creatives on Invisible Creatives are handpicked, based on a number of criteria and data from their work and portfolio.
We have the support and assessment of a group of experienced curators (from various agencies) who review the published profiles to find the most innovative and talented creatives.

If you don’t see the confirmation email, make sure to check your Spam folder and, if you’re using Gmail, please check the Social and Promotions folders. Contact us if you don’t find it there.

I can’t remember my password for signing in. How do I reset it?

If you can’t remember your password, you can use the Lost Password? link next to Password on the Sign In page to reset it. Be sure to enter the same email address as the one you have registered with Invisible Creatives.

Profile Cover

You can now upload a custom banner image as your profile cover. 
Cover images are a key part of the inVisible Creatives browsing experience — they allow people to quickly get an idea of your work and creative talent.

We’ve standardized the size of all cover images so that every profile is equally represented and adaptable for viewing on all platforms.

Can I make my profile private?

All Invisible Creatives’ profiles are visible to the public, so unfortunately this is not an option.

With so many Creatives, how can I stand out?

There are a few ways you can improve your chances of catching a Recruiter’s attention:

  • Fill out your profile. Help the community get to know you!
    Upload a cover image (of your work, not yourself) and write a short bio so members can get a better feel for who you, what you’re about, and the kind of projects you’re involved.
  • Link out your profile to other social and creative platforms like Behance, LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, and more. This is a great way to centralize all of your social accounts so that people can connect with you quickly and easily.
  • Add your skills and experience. (NEW)
  • Keep your profile updated.

I signed up but I didn’t receive the confirmation email

I can’t remember my password for signing in. How do I reset it?

If you can’t remember your password, you can use the Lost Password? link next to Password on the Sign In page to reset it. Be sure to enter the same email address as the one you have registered with Invisible Creatives.

I can’t sign in after resetting my password

Be sure you’re using the same email address that you used to reset when signing in to your account. Also, note that passwords are case-sensitive; make sure there are no extra spaces in the password field when you try to sign in.

How do I change my password?

Make sure you’re logged in as the Account Owner to access these menus.

You can change your password by:

  1. Go to the User menu at the top-right of the site and click Settings.
  2. Through Account Settings, click Change Password at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  3. As you can see below, you’ll need to type the New Password.
    – Then, enter it again in the Confirm new password box.
    – Then, enter the old password into the Current Password box.
  4. Click Save changes and your new password is set and saved.

How to disable/enable email notifications?

Make sure you’re logged in as the Account Owner to access these menus.

Invisible Creatives has default email notifications used to send alerts to the users when receiving messages from other members.

New accounts start with this feature activated by default.

To disable this feature, go to the User menu in the top-right corner and click Settings. At the bottom of the Notification Settings page, you will find the “Messages Notifications” switch.

Tap the toggle once to turn OFF, and click Save Changes.

To enable this feature back, switch ON the toggle, and save the changes.

On the right side of the navigation bar you have icons relating to Messages (envelope icon) and Notifications (bell icon)Any time someone sends you a message, wants to connect, or does something that pertains to you or your membership, it will be made easily accessible in the top right corner of your screen.

 

Your Profile

Tips and Tricks for Creatives

Most of your public information is housed in the Profile Settings.
Tips below require to sign in to your account, and open the Profile Settings.

How do I fill out my profile?

To set up or make changes to your profile, go to the User menu in the top right corner, and then click the Edit Profile link.

You can:

  • Update your Profile Info (the most important info –collected during signup)
  • Update your Contact Info
  • Upload a Profile Cover image
  • Add your Bio
  • Add your Social Networks

How do I add or change my profile cover image?

To add a  Cover image to your profile:

Important: make sure to upload a picture of your work, not yourself.

  1. Go on the User menu at the top-right of the site and select Change Cover from the dropdown menu.
  2. Choose (or drop) your image to upload. To get the best resolution, the recommended dimensions are 2700 x 700 px. 
  3. To see the changes, click View profile

Cover images cannot be deleted, but you can upload a new image to replace it.

What image formats are accepted?

Supported Image Formats: PNG, JPG & GIF
Images must be no larger than 6mb.

How do I add a Bio to my profile?

Members often use the About Me section to tell the world about themselves, their company, their work and projects.

To add a short bio to your profile:

  1. Go to the User menu at the top-right of the site and select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.
  2. Through Profile Settings, click About Me at the bottom of the left sidebar menu.
  3. Write your bio.
  4. Click Save changes

How do I add Social Networks links?

Link out your profile to other social and creative platforms like Behance, LinkedIn, Instagram, Vimeo, and more. This is a great way to centralize all of your social accounts so that people can connect with you quickly and easily.

To add a Social platforms links to your profile:

  1. Go on the User menu at the top-right of the site and click Edit Profile.
  2. Through Profile Settings, click Social Networks on the left sidebar menu.
  3. Add your social networks links.
  4. Click Save changes
