Currently, I work freelance providing digital/social strategy and management for brands, this includes influencer campaigns and paid social. My experiences have been varied, ranging from startup companies, working in operations for a lifestyle e-commerce and community management for a FinTech to creative agencies.
I grew up between New York and London, with short stints in Frankfurt and Toronto. My international upbringing got me interested in stories and cultures from a young age into my pursuit of a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology at University of Bristol.
In my spare time, I have used visual mediums to share meaningful stories about matters personal to me. My work #TrailblazingMuslimWomen reached over 2 million people, and saw features in The Times, Campaign, Buzzfeed, Stylist and Amaliah.com. I was also been named one of Pitch’s 100 Superwomen in 2018 and received a special mention in Campaign x Creative Equals’ Future Creative Leaders.
